SALES REPRESENTATIVE
MLGC is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. The individual will work from our Kindred ND office.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Generating leads
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Answering customer questions about products, prices, and availability
Qualified candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field, experience in sales, a commitment to excellent customer service, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, experience using computers, competency in Microsoft applications, valid driver’s license, and a safe driving record. Compensation includes a salary based on experience, individual or family health insurance, and SEP contribution. An accepted offer will require a pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment.
