MLGC is a fourth-generation family-owned company who have attended and supported the schools in our communities since 1906. With our long-lasting presence in our communities, we are proud to introduce our new scholarship program.
This year, we are awarding up to $10,000 of scholarships to students in our service areas. Five scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded to graduating high school seniors. Scholarships will be given to students enrolling in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) programs.

Eligibility & Application Details
To be considered for the MLGC Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a graduating high school senior.
- Have a parent/guardian who subscribes to MLGC service.
- Be accepted by an accredited college or university in Fall 2026.
- Complete the application form with all required documents
How to Apply
To be considered for the MLGC Scholarship, applicants must:
✅ Complete the application form
✅ Submit a copy of your official High School Transcript
✅ Submit a high school photo
✅ Write a 500-700 Word Essay on ONE of the following topics:
- Describe a STEM innovation that has personally inspired you and explain why.
- Artificial intelligence is becoming a bigger part of our lives every day, but its impact isn’t always positive. Identify one recent way AI has had a negative effect on society, your community, or your personal life. What could have been done differently to prevent or reduce that negative impact, and how would you approach it if given the chance?
- What is one challenge in technology that you would like to help solve?
- How do you envision your role in advancing technology or STEM in the future?
- How do you think social media will shape the future of communication in STEM fields?
- How has the internet created new opportunities for innovation in your field of interest?

This year, we are awarding up to $10,000 of scholarships to students in our service areas. Five scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded to graduating seniors who are pursuing higher education. Scholarships will be given to students enrolling in STEM programs. We encourage all eligible students to review the criteria and apply. Applications must be submitted by April 15th, 2026.
